LEDs
An LED (Light Emitting Diode) is a semiconductor device that emits light when an electric current passes through it. Unlike traditional bulbs that generate light by heating a filament, LEDs produce light through a process called electroluminescence—where electrons and holes recombine at a junction, releasing energy as photons.
This makes LEDs highly efficient, durable, and versatile, with applications ranging from consumer electronics and industrial systems to automotive lighting and digital displays
